Motivating Through Play The Gamified Store That Boosts Employee Engagement

Playtika is a leading developer of mobile games with a vibrant internal culture. I was tasked with designing an internal web platform modeled as a virtual store, where employees could redeem Playticoins (the company’s internal reward currency) for gadgets, experiences, and branded items. This portal was part of a broader employer branding initiative aimed at increasing employee motivation, engagement, and recognition. The design had to be playful and interactive, while staying aligned with Playtika’s brand identity. The result was a gamified shopping experience that felt native to the culture of a gaming company.

The portal delivered exactly what was needed a dynamic and branded interface that motivates employees through tangible rewards and fun interactions. The design blended seamlessly with Playtika’s visual language, reinforcing the brand internally.
