By conducting a full UX audit, mapping user interactions, and refining visual and structural hierarchies, I turned a complicated interface into a logical and efficient experience. Company lists became customizable and easier to manage, editing flows were streamlined with inline modals, and key content became easier to scan and prioritize. The addition of Savvy AI introduced powerful automation and insights, allowing users to analyze startups and make faster decisions. These improvements significantly increased platform usability, reduced friction, and elevated engagement across core user groups.
